Woman Dies at Carmarthenshire Equestrian Centre

A 25-year-old woman has died following an incident at Little Mill Equestrian Centre near Carmarthen, police have confirmed. 🐎

Dyfed-Powys Police were called to the scene on 12 April at approximately 10:20 BST. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene, with authorities stating the death is not being treated as suspicious.

A coroner’s report is currently being prepared, and a referral has been made to the local authority health and safety department.

The equestrian centre confirmed in a Facebook statement that the incident occurred at their warm-up arena. They added they were “heartbroken and shocked” by the death of “such a lovely person”, who had ridden at the centre “over the years”.
