A 39-year-old man from Llanrwst has been jailed for two years and seven months after police found four types of drugs during a warrant. Darren Brain pleaded guilty to three drug offences at Caernarfon Crown Court.

Arthur Hughes, of Rachub near Bangor, was sentenced to three years and two months at Caernarfon Crown Court after police found 48 wraps of heroin and over £15,000 in cash at his home.

John Starkey, 74, of Upper Colwyn Bay, was sentenced to four years and five months at Caernarfon Crown Court after admitting sexual assault by penetration and two counts of sexual assault.
