Three 20-year-old men have been sent to a young offender institution for a combined 18 years after a South Wales Police investigation into a crack cocaine operation. Detectives found the group had used a teenage boy to run their drugs while they took the profits.
David Francis, 42, was caught inside the Orb Drive store in Lliswerry with £380 of alcohol after officers heard glass shattering in the early hours. He admitted burglary and was jailed for four months at Newport Magistrates’ Court.
