The family of George Joseph Powell have shared heartfelt memories of their beloved 21-year-old, who died following a collision on the A490 between Guilsfield and Welshpool on Sunday, 15th December 2024.
“Georgie was a gentle and kind hearted boy who always saw the best in people,” his family shared. “He also loved animals, all big and small. His sweet and caring nature shone through in everything he did. He was the best parts of all of us. A loved son, brother and grandson. We would be grateful to now be afforded the time to grieve.”
Police are investigating the circumstances of the collision and are asking for witnesses who may have seen the bike travelling through Guilsfield towards Welshpool to come forward.
