Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking public assistance to identify individuals captured on CCTV not cleaning up after their dogs in Carmarthen town centre 🎥
The incidents occurred on Lammas Street and Water Street, with one person caught twice at the latter location.
Councillor Aled Vaughan Owen, cabinet member for climate change, decarbonisation and sustainability, said: “We are again asking for help from members of the public to identify individuals captured failing to clean up after their dog.”
“Our Environment Enforcement team continue to take action against anyone committing environmental offences in Carmarthenshire and I would urge the small minority of dog owners who fail to clean up after their dog to change their behaviour.”
