A man has been jailed for two years after pleading guilty to assaulting and strangling a woman in Swansea.
Dylan Fuller, aged 26, of no fixed abode, was sentenced at Cardiff Crown Court on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, for assault by beating, ABH and intentional strangulation.
The offence took place on Sunday, October 5, 2025, in Swansea, where Fuller punched and strangled his victim, making her fear for her life.
Fuller is also subject to a five-year restraining order.
PC Gregory said: “Dylan Fuller launched a brazen and sustained attack against his victim making her fear for her life.
“Nobody should have to experience this type of abuse, and I’m pleased to see that in less than a month after the offence Fuller has been held accountable for his actions.
“I would like to commend the bravery of the victim for coming forward to the police and I hope that this result helps her move forward with her life.”
