A 33-year-old man from Caerphilly county borough has been convicted of sexual offences against a child following two separate trials.
Ryan Thomas, of Garn Street, Abercarn, was found guilty at Newport Crown Court of sexually touching a 14-year-old girl and sending a photograph or film of genitals with the intent to cause alarm, distress or humiliation.
The court heard the offending took place over a period spanning from April 1, 2022 to September 21 last year.
Judge Matthew Porter-Bryant remanded Thomas in custody ahead of his sentencing, which is scheduled for April 15.
