A mother has been fined after failing to make sure her daughter attended school regularly.
The woman, who cannot be named for legal reasons to protect her daughter’s identity, was found guilty in her absence at Cardiff Magistrates’ Court.
She was handed a £440 fine along with a £176 surcharge and £150 in costs – bringing the total to £766.
