A 39-year-old man from Neath has been sentenced to another 12 weeks in prison after breaching his restraining order for the second time.
Neal Hancock had previously served a custodial sentence for breaking a restraining order that was issued following his conviction for stalking three people. He pleaded guilty to sending a message to one victim’s Instagram account on 8th June, which was prohibited under the terms of his restraining order.
Inspector Jared Easton said: “Neal Hancock is clearly a dangerous individual who refuses to learn his lesson and has caused all manner of trauma for his poor victim. His behaviour towards this victim has been ongoing for several years now. It is completely unacceptable, and nobody should have to put up with a prolonged campaign like this.”
