Bus Stop Flasher Given Community Order in Newport Court

A man who exposed himself at a bus stop in Fochriw, Caerphilly, has been sentenced at Newport Magistrates’ Court.

Ashley Holpin, 40, from Tre Honddu, Llanvihangel Crucorney, near Abergavenny, admitted to outraging public decency during the incident on 6 September.

The court ordered Holpin to complete a 12-month community order, which includes attending a 26-day programme. He was also fined £100 and ordered to pay £85 in costs.
