Two charged after drugs and cash seized in Grangetown

Officers on patrol in Grangetown have arrested two men following suspicious activity around a vehicle in Virgil Court.

Significant quantities of cocaine, cash and cannabis were seized during the operation.

Jordan Campbell-Beer, 24, of Riverside, and Bruno Duarte, 23, of Heath, have been charged with possession of Class A and Class B drugs with intent to supply.

Both men have been remanded in custody and will appear at Cardiff Crown Court on November 28.

Inspector Ross Crutcher of Cardiff Bay Neighbourhood Team, South Wales Police, said: “We have a zero-tolerance approach to drug dealing and this is just one example of the work we are doing.”

“We can, and regularly do, act upon the information provided to us by the public, so please keep it coming and continue to work with us.”
