Family Pays Tribute to Mother Killed in Blaina Collision

🕊️ Gwent Police can now confirm the identity of a pedestrian who died following a collision in Blaina on Saturday 18 January as Kim Haile, formerly known as Kim Blake.

Her family have shared this heartfelt tribute:

“It is with great sadness that we have to announce the passing of our beautiful mother Kim who sadly passed away on Saturday 18 January 2025.

“We as a family would like to ask if anyone has any information to contact Gwent Police.

“Kim leaves behind a massive hole in our huge family and will be sadly missed by her three sons and five grandchildren and her brothers and sisters.”

Police are seeking witnesses who were in the Church Street area between 10.50am and 11.15am on Saturday 18 January.
