A 21-year-old from Ebbw Vale has been sentenced after admitting to sharing an intimate image of a woman without her permission.
The offence
Mackenzie Bennett, of Pennant Street, committed the offence last autumn. He pleaded guilty at Newport Magistrates’ Court to sharing a photograph or film of a person in an intimate state without consent.
The sentence
Bennett was ordered to pay a total of £971, made up of a fine, costs and a surcharge.
