Cardiff teenagers charged with terror offences

Two 18-year-old men from Cardiff have been jointly charged with preparation of acts of terrorism.

Rhys Edwards and Talan Vincent, both from the Welsh capital, were charged by Counter Terrorism Policing Wales (CTPW) following arrests made on 20 and 21 November.

Mr Edwards appeared before Westminster Magistrates Court on Friday 21 November, with Mr Vincent appearing the following day on Saturday 22 November. Both were remanded in custody.

The pair are set to appear before the Central Criminal Court on Friday.
