Adam Pritchard has been jailed after police uncovered a significant drug operation in Grangetown, Cardiff. 🚔
The 32-year-old was running a Class-A drugs line when officers attended his Cambridge Street home on February 22, 2025. During the search, police seized 49 grams of heroin, 50.44 grams of crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia, more than £4,000 in cash, pepper spray, and a converted blank firing pistol.
Pritchard pleaded guilty to multiple charges including being concerned in the supply of cocaine, crack cocaine and heroin, possession of criminal property, possession with intent to supply crack cocaine and heroin, possession of a firearm, and possession of a weapon for the discharge of a noxious liquid.
He was sentenced at Cardiff Crown Court on Thursday, April 3 to eight years and six months in prison.
South Wales Police stated: “We have a zero-tolerance approach to drug dealing and this is just one example of the work we are doing. We will not tolerate drugs in our communities, and we are constantly targeting those are thought to be involved in the supply of controlled drugs.
