A social worker and a man from Caerphilly have been charged as part of Operation Spinney, investigating historical abuse at the former Coed Glas Assessment Centre in Abergavenny.
Serial Thief Jailed for Stealing from Cancer Charity Shop
Colin Morgan, 45, from Abergavenny, has been sentenced to 22 weeks in prison after stealing from Cancer Research six times in just over two weeks.
