Newport drug dealer jailed for nearly four years

A drug dealer has been jailed after being caught trafficking cocaine in Newport.

Daniel Saunders, 32, pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply the class A drug and supplying cannabis following his arrest by police on 2 May.

Saunders, of Malcolm Sargent Close, Newport, was sentenced to three years and nine months behind bars at Cardiff Crown Court by Judge Daniel Williams.
