A 36-year-old man from Milford Haven has told magistrates he intends to plead guilty to possessing an indecent photograph or pseudo-photograph of a child.
Brian Underwood, of Howarth Close, appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court for the first hearing in the case.
The charge
The single count against Underwood relates to an address in Milford Haven, with prosecutors placing the offence within a window running from January 20, 2024 to January 24, 2025. He indicated a guilty plea when the matter was put to him.
Bail and registration
The bench granted unconditional bail. Underwood was separately ordered to comply with sex offender notification requirements while proceedings remain live, obliging him to register with officers at Haverfordwest police station until the case is concluded.

Next hearing
Sentencing was adjourned. Underwood will return to Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on August 18.
