A 36-year-old man from Hertfordshire has been sentenced to six years in prison after being caught running a county lines drug operation in Swansea.

Omar Gul was arrested after police discovered approximately 60 wraps of suspected crack cocaine and heroin in his possession, along with two mobile phones – one showing high call activity.

Detective Sergeant Luke Tucker said: “Omar Gul had come to the Swansea area for the sole purpose of selling Class A drugs to the local community. He did not care whatsoever of the impact that these drugs would have upon those who purchased them, or on their family, friends or neighbours. With Omar Gul behind bars, the Swansea community is now a safer place.” 🚨
