Two 20-year-old men have been sentenced to prison following a robbery in Swansea’s Waun Wen area last November.

Brandon Dobbs, from Newcastle, and Morgan Kemble, from Brackla, assaulted a man before stealing his wallet and mobile phone. Both men pleaded guilty to Robbery in December.

The pair received three-year prison sentences at Swansea Crown Court, with Dobbs given an additional six months due to a previous suspended sentence.

Detective Constable Samera Sabir commented: “Violent crime will never be tolerated in our communities, and our officers acted swiftly to bring Brandon Dobbs and Morgan Kemble into custody following their assault of the victim.

“We are always working to bring violent offenders to justice, and this sentencing is just the latest example of this. We hope that these two men will now think hard about their actions whilst in custody.” ⚖️
